One of my up and comings,14 yr old  Alex Talbot played some fantastic golf recently. In a two week period he lowered his handicap from 4 to 1.

The purple patch started with a two under par at the Douglas Johns Trophy. Went on to win at Stoneham with a two round gross total of eleven under par. He then steamrolled his way to another win at Brokenhurst  with a gross 67. Next came a win at Southamptom with a 70. And finally a return to Brokenhurst to shoot 69 – 71 in the Mike Smith Memorial.
